Getting started
Choose your product
Pick the Rowsta product made for what you run.
Create your account
Sign up with your email address. We email you a code to confirm it.
Set it up
Your name and your country, which sets naira or cedis. Rowsta prepares the basics for you to check.
Add your people and start recording
Add the people you serve and your staff, then record payments as they come in.
What you need to start

Your first steps, by product
After you create your account, each product starts a little differently.
Rowsta School For schools
- Choose your sectionsCrèche, nursery and KG, primary, junior or senior secondary. Rowsta prepares your school year for you to check.
- Add pupils and guardiansOne by one, or from a spreadsheet saved as CSV.
- Set fees and record paymentsCharge the term’s fees to every pupil, then record payments as they come in.
Rowsta Daycare For daycares and crèches
- Name your daycareChoose Ghana or Nigeria, which sets cedis or naira, and add your address.
- Add rooms and childrenSet up your rooms, then add each child with a parent, one by one or from a CSV file.
- Open the doorAdd who may collect each child, with a photo, and start checking children in.
First term half price
Your first term is half price, with 14 days to pay. Parents never pay.
