No, it’s included. Your crèche, nursery and school are set up as one school, so all your children count together toward one plan.
No. Parents never pay Rowsta. Only you do.
Your first bill is due 14 days after you sign up. If it isn’t paid by then, Rowsta becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and see everything, but nothing new can be added. After 14 more days it locks. Your records are kept, and paying opens it again straight away.
You don’t pick a plan. It follows the number of children enrolled, and each new bill uses your number when it is made. If you grow into a bigger size, we email you before your next bill.
By bank transfer or mobile money. Every bill shows our details: use the bill number as the reference, and we send you a receipt.
No. With less than 30 days left in the term, your first bill is for the next term, and the days until then are free.
